This policy explains how Enaulia handles the personal data you submit through our contact form.
What we collect and why
We collect your name and email address (required) and phone number (optional) solely to respond to your enquiry about our properties. We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, advertising networks, or cookies. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual steps at your request.
How long we keep it
We delete or anonymise your data within 24 months of our last contact. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will do so within 30 days.
Your rights
You may at any time ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your data, or object to its processing. Contact us at st.liaskos@gmail.com. We will respond within one month. If you believe we have handled your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
